🩺 Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency nursing care
Perform rapid assessments, triage, and critical interventions
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on care plans and follow-up
Float as needed within scope and assist during high-volume periods

✅ Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 1–2 years of Emergency Department RN experience

Education:

ASN required | BSN preferred

Licensure & Certifications (Required):

Active RN license (Montana or compact state)
BLS (AHA)
ACLS
PALS
TNCC
