Pediatric Case Manager RN

 

 

 

Critical Requirements - AUTO OFFER CRITERIA

  • MUST have AK RN license IN HAND for Auto Offer
  • Pediatric experience REQUIRED
  • Epic experience REQUIRED (Hardstop)
  • Acute care hospital experience REQUIRED (behavioral health does NOT apply)

Position Overview

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: 5x8 Days, Monday-Friday business hours

Shift Times (one of the following):

  • 0700-1530
  • 0730-1600
  • 0800-1630
  • 0830-1700

Weekend Requirement: Yes - every other weekend OR 4 weekend days in a 4-week schedule

Years of Experience: 2 years minimum

First Timers Accepted: Yes

Required Certifications & Licenses

  • AK RN License (MUST be in hand for Auto Offer; screen for pending license)
  • BLS (Preferred, not required)
  • ACM Certification (Preferred)

Required Skills & Experience

  • Pediatric/NICU experience REQUIRED
  • Epic EMR experience REQUIRED (Hardstop - negotiable with right candidate)
  • Acute care hospital experience REQUIRED
  • Microsoft Office/Teams (Preferred)
  • Case management/discharge planning experienc
