Pediatric Case Manager RN
Critical Requirements - AUTO OFFER CRITERIA
- MUST have AK RN license IN HAND for Auto Offer
- Pediatric experience REQUIRED
- Epic experience REQUIRED (Hardstop)
- Acute care hospital experience REQUIRED (behavioral health does NOT apply)
Position Overview
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 5x8 Days, Monday-Friday business hours
Shift Times (one of the following):
- 0700-1530
- 0730-1600
- 0800-1630
- 0830-1700
Weekend Requirement: Yes - every other weekend OR 4 weekend days in a 4-week schedule
Years of Experience: 2 years minimum
First Timers Accepted: Yes
Required Certifications & Licenses
- AK RN License (MUST be in hand for Auto Offer; screen for pending license)
- BLS (Preferred, not required)
- ACM Certification (Preferred)
Required Skills & Experience
- Pediatric/NICU experience REQUIRED
- Epic EMR experience REQUIRED (Hardstop - negotiable with right candidate)
- Acute care hospital experience REQUIRED
- Microsoft Office/Teams (Preferred)
- Case management/discharge planning experienc
