Description
Mobile Radiologic Technologist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $29.00–$30.00/hour
State Licensure Reimbursement: Available after 90 days of employment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform portable digital radiography (DR) and computed radiography (CR) examinations.
- Obtain high-quality, diagnostic X-ray images as ordered by physicians.
- Transport portable X-ray equipment into healthcare facilities and patient care settings.
- Submit diagnostic images electronically to a radiologist for interpretation.
- Perform EKGs when required and transmit results to a cardiologist.
- Complete and scan required exam documentation and billing paperwork daily.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and management throughout the workday.
- Provide professional customer service while interacting with patients, facility staff, and healthcare providers.
- Maintain company vehicle and imaging equipment in safe operating condition.
- Follow all company policies, state regulations, and radiation safety standards.
Qualifications
Required
- ARRT Certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
- Active state radiologic technologist license (as required by state)
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Ability to travel between multiple healthcare facilities
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
