Requirements: Minimum 1 year of OT experience BLS certification required Valid Occupational Therapist license (as applicable) Comfortable working in a home health environment Ability to manage a travel-heavy schedule (50–100 miles/day average) Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred/required until 10/1/2026 Epic experience required after 10/1/2026 If not experienced with HCHB, completion of an online course is required prior to start ($250 upfront cost paid by traveler)
