Job Overview
We're seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. In this role, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to expand their clinical experience in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation.
- Promote patient safety while following evidence-based nursing practices.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS certification required.
- ADN/ASN required; BSN preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst Iāve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is okš„“ but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Donāt do it!
