Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry RN for a night-shift float pool assignment. The nurse must be adaptable, clinically independent, and comfortable floating among multiple inpatient units with varying patient populations and staffing needs.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience
• Minimum 1 year of previous travel nursing experience
• Must be able to independently interpret telemetry rhythm strips
• Must be comfortable documenting rhythm interpretations in Epic
• Strong teamwork, reliability, communication, and time-management skills required

Required Credentials

• Active RN license
• BLS
• ACLS

Floating Requirements

• Floating is required as needed
• Unit assignment, bed count, patient population, and ratios will vary by placement
• Travelers must accept assignments within their documented competency and scope

Scheduling

• Night shift
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No call requirement

Dress Code

• Professional scrubs in any color
• No offensive wording or graphics
• Flip-flops, shorts, and T-shirts are not permitted
