- Registered Nurse (2 years)
- Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing
Description
- 12-Hour Night Shift
- 3 shifts per week (36 hours/week)
Contract
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Position
- Role: ICU RN – Float Pool
- Facility: Grady Memorial Hospital
Floating Requirements
The RN must be willing to float to:
- All Critical Care Units
- Emergency Department (ED)
- ER Holds (if assigned to the actual ED, patient assignments will be limited)
- Medical Telemetry/Step-Down Unit
- PACU (for hold patients, if needed)
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU RN experience
- Experience in a similar-sized facility
- Experience floating to multiple critical care areas is preferred
Required Certifications
- Active RN License
- BLS
- ACLS
Charting System
- Epic EMR
Submission Requirements
- Minimal Requested Time Off (RTO)
- Complete demographic information
- Badge-appropriate professional photo
Schedule
- Night Shift
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced ICU RN with at least 2 years of recent ICU experience
- Comfortable floating to multiple critical care areas, including the ED, Step-Down, and PACU
- Proficient with Epic EMR
- Flexible with scheduling and minimal RTO during the assignment
