THIS SPT WILL BE WORKING PRIMARILY INDEPENDENTLY - STRONG CRITICAL THINKING AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED.

**5 YEARS EXP (3 OF WHICH SHOULD BE IN A SHIFT LEAD/PRECEPTING/TEAM LEAD EXP IN A HOSPITAL SETTING), CLN MAY OCCASIONALLY FILL IN AS SHIFT LEAD, BUT WILL NOT BE A CONSISTENT NEED**
