🩺 Key Responsibilities

Provide critical care nursing to high-acuity ICU patients
Perform continuous patient assessments and monitoring
Administer medications, IV drips, and life-support therapies
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on treatment plans
Accurately document patient care per hospital guidelines
Float to other units as needed (within scope)
Participate in on-call coverage if required

✅ Requirements

✔️ Active Montana RN License (or compact eligibility)
✔️ Minimum 1+ year ICU RN experience preferred
✔️ASN required, BSN preferred
✔️ Certifications:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (preferred/required per unit)
✔️ Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills
