📍 Position Details

• Location: Billings Clinic – Main Campus, Billings, MT
• Specialty: Cardiovascular Surgery NP or Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular Surgery PA
• Setting: Inpatient & Operating Room
• Assignment Type: Locum Tenens
• Duration: Ongoing
• EMR: Cerner

🗓 Schedule

• 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Week-on/Week-off schedule may be considered
• Shared Beeper Call
  • Weeknight Call: 1:4 (4:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
  • Weekend Call: 1:5
  • 20-minute response time
  • Average 2 phone consults & 2 patient callbacks per 24-hour call period

🩺 Responsibilities

• First assist in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery
• Inpatient rounding and post-operative patient management
• Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary care team
• Care for approximately 8 patients per shift

✅ Requirements

• Active Montana license (or eligible via IMLC if applicable)
• Board Certified/Board Eligible NP or PA
• BLS & ACLS required
• Recent Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular Surgery experience
• Comfortable with OR first assist and inpatient management
