Location: Multiple Clinic Locations Throughout the Greater Houston Area
Start Date: September 8, 2026
Contract Length: 8 Weeks (09/08/2026 - 11/14/2026)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
Openings: 10 Medical Assistants
Charting System: Epic

Position Overview

We are seeking Medical Assistants to support a large-scale employee flu vaccination program across multiple clinic locations throughout the Greater Houston area. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for candidates seeking a consistent weekday schedule, no weekends, and the chance to make a direct impact during flu season.

Medical Assistants will assist with flu vaccine administration and support clinic operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule

Monday-Friday
6:45 AM - 3:30 PM
40 hours per week

 

Responsibilities

  • Administer flu vaccinations
  • Provide excellent patient and employee interactions
  • Document encounters accurately within Epic EMR
  • Assist with clinic setup and daily operations
  • Follow infection prevention and facility protocols
  • Support efficient clinic workflow
  • Maintain professionalism and exceptional customer service

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Medical Assistant experience
  • Experience administering injections/vaccines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic setting
  • Flexibility to travel between clinic locations when needed

Assignment Details

  • Candidates will be assigned a primary clinic location
  • May be asked to assist at other nearby clinic sites as needed
  • Candidate location preferences may be considered

Compensation

Pay Rate: $17/hour
