Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) 
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 6 months' current Behavioral Health Technician experience
• BLS
• CPI Certification 

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Strong Behavioral Health Inpatient experience
• Crisis management experience

• Patient observation and direct care support
• Monitors client behavior and provides treatment under supervision of licensed mental health professionals
