We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing (SNF) travel assignment Senior Care Center in Gunnison, CO. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care while supervising daily nursing operations during your shift.

👩‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day nursing activities during shift
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor patient conditions and update care plans
Support and guide LPNs and CNAs
Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare
Ensure high standards of patient safety and quality care

✅ Requirements

Licensure & Certifications:

Active Colorado RN License
BLS (AHA or equivalent) – Required
Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check – Required

Experience:

Minimum 3 years RN experience required
Prior LTC / SNF experience strongly preferred

Other Requirements:

Must be comfortable working in a rural healthcare setting
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
