Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Rehab

Location: Lake City, FL

Duration: 6 Weeks (Potential Extension)

Shift:

• Nights – 3x12 or 4x12
• 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• 36H/48H rotating schedule
• Every other weekend required

Requirements:

• Active RN License (proof required at submission)
• Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience
• Travel experience required
• Prior Med-Surg and/or Inpatient Rehab (IRF) experience
• Cerner EMR proficiency required
• BLS (Current CPR) required
• ACLS preferred (required when functioning as Charge Nurse)
• Charge Nurse experience and willingness to take charge assignments
• IV therapy skills, including:
  • Starting and maintaining IVs
  • PICC/Central line care
• Ability to work rotating weekends
• COVID-19 vaccination (including booster) required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Flu vaccine required (declinations/exemptions accepted)

Description:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 6-week assignment in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital. The RN will care for acute rehab patients, provide high-quality nursing care, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and be willing to serve as Charge Nurse when needed while managing a patient assignment. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced rehab environment and be proficient with Cerner documentation.
