Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech) to provide diagnostic imaging services in a Level I Trauma Center environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience performing plain film radiographs across inpatient, emergency, ICU, and bedside/mobile settings.
The technologist will perform imaging procedures using mobile and fixed radiographic equipment while providing high-quality patient care across all age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
Schedule Details
- Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 11:30 AM
- Thursday–Saturday weekend block nights
- 3x12-hour shifts
- No call required
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience
- ARRT(R) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Virginia State License preferred
- Teaching Hospital experience preferred
- Level I Trauma experience preferred
- Travel experience not required

Special Procedures / Responsibilities
The Radiologic Technologist will:
- Obtain diagnostic plain film radiographs using mobile and fixed radiographic equipment
- Perform imaging throughout inpatient units
- Support emergency and trauma imaging needs
- Maintain accurate imaging documentation and workflow through required systems
Notes
Candidates must have:
- 2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience
- ARRT(R) certification
- BLS certification
- Siemens equipment experience
- Epic experience
- Experience performing portable and fixed radiographic procedures
Preferred candidates will have:
- Level I Trauma experience
- Teaching hospital experience
- PACS experience
- McKesson experience
- GE equipment experience
- Fluoroscopy and C-Arm experience
