We are seeking a skilled Travel Pharmacist to join a hospital pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and accurate dispensing of medications while collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and dispense medication orders accurately.
- Monitor patient medication therapies.
