Description

MRI Technologist – Job Requirements

Required Skills / Certifications / Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of MRI experience required.
  • First-time travelers are NOT accepted.
  • Required Certifications:
    • BLS
    • ARRT

Job Details:

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks (through the end of February)
  • Shift Schedule:
    • Thursday: 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM (Ortho Hospital)
    • Friday: 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM (Ortho Hospital)
    • Saturday: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Main Facility)
  • Call Requirement: None
  • Float Requirement:
    • Thursday & Friday: NHRMC Ortho Hospital
    • Saturday: Main Facility
  • Travelers may be assigned to the Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team and may be required to work during disasters or mass casualty events.
  • Contract staff may be reassigned to different units if operational needs require.

Required Skills: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head & Neck, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Diffusion (Non-Brain), Gradient Echo Imaging, MIP (Maximum Intensity Projection), MRP (Magnetic Resonance Procedures/Perfusion), Peripheral Magnetic Resonance, Spin Echo Images, Surface Coils, T1 & T2 Imaging, CINE Imaging
 

Patient Population: Required: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics Preferred: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics Equipment & Systems: MRI Equipment: GE, Siemens EMR: EPIC Scheduling: Per unit needs
