Description
Position: Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist
Shift: Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts
- 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Variable start times (7:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
- Every 3rd weekend
- On-call as needed
Contract Length: 91 Weeks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience.
- Active California License required.
- Fluoroscopy Permit required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC) required.
- Experience assisting with a wide variety of Interventional Radiology and Cardiac Cath procedures.
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique, patient monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring.
- Experience with angiography, angioplasty, embolization, stent placement, biopsies, central venous access, thrombolysis/thrombectomy, and vascular interventions.
- Experience with Siemens equipment preferred.
- Ability to scrub and circulate during procedures.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
