Description

Position: Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist
Shift: Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts

7:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Variable start times (7:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
Every 3rd weekend
On-call as needed

Contract Length: 91 Weeks

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience.
Active California License required.
Fluoroscopy Permit required.
BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC) required.
Experience assisting with a wide variety of Interventional Radiology and Cardiac Cath procedures.
Strong knowledge of sterile technique, patient monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring.
Experience with angiography, angioplasty, embolization, stent placement, biopsies, central venous access, thrombolysis/thrombectomy, and vascular interventions.
Experience with Siemens equipment preferred.
Ability to scrub and circulate during procedures.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
