Job Overview
We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Acute Care Registered Nurse to provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic responses or adverse reactions
- Monitor, document, and report changes in patient conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical assessment
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care while ensuring patient safety
Requirements
- ✅ Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- ✅ Recent acute care nursing experience preferred
- ✅ Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✅ Knowledge of medical terminology
- ✅ Ability to triage and assess acute patients effectively

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
