Position Details

Position: Registered Nurse (Post Acute)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Schedule

Shift: Nights
Hours: 12-hour night shifts
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: Required

Requirements

Active RN License
Experience in Post Acute/Skilled Nursing preferred
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Required Experience

Post Acute Care
Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing (preferred)

Required Certifications

BLS
Active RN License

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to post-acute patients.
Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments.
Document patient care in PointClickCare (PCC).
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Maintain compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards.
