Description

Labor & Delivery / Birthing Unit Registered Nurse (RN) – 12-Hour Nights

  • Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 - 07:00 | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
  • Assignment Length: Standard 13-Week Contract
  • Shift Notes: Night coverage supporting labor, delivery, recovery, and post-partum/birthing unit operations.

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2 years of recent L&D / Birthing Unit experience in an acute care setting.
  • Clinical Competency [HARDSTOP]: Candidates MUST have proven circulating experience in C-section / surgical suites.
  • Required Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
    • Active NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
    • Active Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification – Recent Intermediate or Advanced level required.
  • Preferred Certifications (Nice-to-Have):
    • ALSO (Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics)
    • NCC Credentials: RNC-MNN (Maternal Newborn Nursing) or RNC-OB (Inpatient Obstetric Nursing)
    • First Latch or equivalent breastfeeding/lactation certification
