Description
Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – 12-Hour Days
- Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 07:00 – 19:00 | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
- Scheduling Logistics: Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation required.
- Floating Protocol: Floating is required to similar acute care units based on census needs.
- Orientation Assessment [CRITICAL]: Candidates will take a Telemetry Exam on the first day of orientation. Passing is a strict clinical requirement to remain on contract.
Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]
- Travel Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Prior travel nursing experience is strictly required. First-time travel candidates will not be considered.
- Specialty Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2 years of solid Med-Surg / Telemetry experience in an acute care setting.
- Clinical Focus [HARDSTOP]: Must demonstrate strong clinical competency and independence in both Telemetry rhythm interpretation and Neurological patient care.
- EMR Technical Requirement [HARDSTOP]: Active hands-on experience and proficiency with Meditech EMR is required.
- Licensure & Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active Massachusetts (MA) RN License verified and unencumbered on Nursys.
- Active BLS Certification (AHA or American Red Cross).
