Description

Job Title: Travel Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele

Job Description: Take on a secure, high-demand travel nursing assignment in a 10-bed acute care MedSurg/Telemetry unit featuring a 36-hour weekly guarantee with no cancellations! We are seeking an experienced MedSurg RN for 12-hour day or night shifts. In this supportive team environment, you will manage tele-monitored patients alongside dedicated tech and unit support staff. Contract Details:

Guarantee: 36 hours/week guaranteed with zero cancellations.
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Day or Night options available).
Unit Ratios: 1:5 (Days) / 1:6 (Nights).

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care MedSurg experience required.
Certifications: Active state RN license, active BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred).

Th recruiters are super nice and helpful.

Cons

Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
