- Level I Trauma Center
- 625 beds
- Adult Health units including:
- Observation
- Medical-Surgical
- PCU
- IMC
BUMC-South Campus
- Level III Trauma Center
- 245 beds
- Approximately 10 minutes from BUMC-Tucson
- Adult Health units:
- Observation
- PCU
- Med Surg
Position Details
- Resource Float Pool RN supporting multiple adult care units
- PCU travelers may float throughout:
- PCU
- IMC
- Med Surg
- Observation
- May occasionally float to ED/PACU for boarding patients with inpatient orders
Requirements
- Active Arizona RN License
- Minimum 24 months of PCU experience
- Recent PCU experience within the last 12 months required
- BLS (AHA/ARC/ASHI)
- ACLS (AHA/ARC/ASHI)
- Level I Trauma and large hospital experience required
- Travel experience highly preferred
- No disciplinary hits on license

- Trauma level
- Facility bed count
- PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
- Active license verification required
- Driver's license required
- RTO:
- Maximum 7 days
- No RTO during first week of assignment
