Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Flex (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a fast-paced emergency department in Hermiston, OR. The ER RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients experiencing medical emergencies, performing rapid assessments, triage, and interventions while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver timely, effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments, triage, and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Provide emergency nursing care for a wide range of medical conditions and injuries.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as appropriate.
• Coordinate, delegate, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Ensure compliance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise and provide direction to assigned personnel.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements:

• Active Oregon or compact RN License
• Recent Emergency Room (ER) experience
• ACLS Certification
• BLS Certification
• PALS Certification
• TNCC Certification
