Registered Nurse (RN) Long-Term Care (LTC) – Travel/Agency Assignment 70-Bed Facility We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a travel/agency assignment at a 70-bed Long-Term Care facility. This opportunity is ideal for an RN who enjoys providing quality resident-centered care while collaborating with an experienced healthcare team in a supportive LTC environment. Charting System PointClickCare (PCC) Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents in accordance with physician orders, individualized care plans, and facility policies. Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition, notifying providers and appropriate team members as needed. Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately. Complete timely and accurate documentation within the PointClickCare (PCC) electronic medical record system. Participate in care planning, admissions, discharges, and resident evaluations. Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident outcomes. Provide clinical guidance, support, and supervision to nursing staff. Respond appropriately to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition. Promote resident dignity, safety, comfort, and independence while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications RN License LTC / SNF or Rehab Experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
