Location: New Lenox, IL 60451
Type: Per Diem | PRN
Shift: 12-hour Day & Night Shifts

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of Med Surg/Telemetry hospital experience
- Active BLS Certification (AHA required)
- Active NIH & ACLS Certification (Preferred)
- 2 Supervisory References (within the last 2 years)
- Valid Driver’s License
- COVID Card
- Flu Shot
Must have prior travel experience
Pay Rate:
- $56.00/hr (Taxable)
- Pay Per Shift: $672
