Location: Kealakekua, HI
Start Date: 08/17/2026
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Nights
Schedule: 72 Hours Every Two Weeks
 

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Kealakekua, HI. The ideal candidate will be flexible and comfortable floating between multiple units while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Float between two Medical-Surgical/Telemetry units as assigned.
• Provide care for Medical-Surgical overflow patients in the ICU and Emergency Department.
• Assess, monitor, and manage patients with a variety of medical conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Active Hawaii RN License
• Recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• Ability to float between multiple units, including ICU and ED overflow
• Strong adaptability and excellent clinical judgment
