As a Registered Nurse – Mom/Baby, you will provide compassionate, family-centered care to postpartum mothers and newborns. You will play a vital role in recovery, education, and ensuring a safe transition home.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments for postpartum patients and newborns
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide health education & breastfeeding support
Monitor maternal recovery and newborn well-being
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation (per hospital & regulatory standards)
Support patient and family education for discharge readiness
May float to similar units based on hospital needs
Participate in on-call rotation if required

Prior Mom/Baby / Postpartum experience preferred
