Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LVN/LPN to provide quality patient care in a healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will work closely with the healthcare team to deliver safe and effective nursing care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with daily patient care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Follow facility policies and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Active LVN/LPN License.
- Current BLS/CPR Certification.
- Previous clinical or long-term care experience preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work day, evening, or night shifts as needed.
