Description
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse – Night Shift
- Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 18:45 – 07:15 (36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week) | Variable start times per unit need
- Assignment Length: 13-Week Contract (Start Date: 08/24/2026 or ASAP)
- On-Call Protocol: Required on-call distributed equally every 6 weeks (approx. 6–8 call shifts per 6-week schedule, including nights, evenings, and weekends).
- Floating & Block Scheduling: Floating required between regional sister facilities. Block scheduling is per manager discretion.
- Time-Off & Scrub Rules: Maximum of 1 pre-approved time-off request permitted (must be submitted at time of profile submission). Facility provides surgical scrubs.
Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]
- Clinical Specialty Hardstop [CRITICAL]: Candidates MUST have active, verified experience in ALL four core areas: Trauma, Neurosurgery, Vascular, and Orthopedics. Profiles missing any of these four core surgical competencies will be automatically rejected.
- Level I Trauma Center Experience [HARDSTOP]: Prior Level I Trauma Center experience is strictly required.
- Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 3 years of active OR RN experience (5 years strongly preferred). Prior travel experience is required.
- EMR Technical Requirement: Active experience with Epic EMR is required.
- Licensure & Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active State RN License (Pending licenses NOT accepted).
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
