Nuclear Medicine Tech

Job Overview

Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
Location: Bloomington, Indiana
Employment Type: Travel/Contract

Hours: May vary depending on workload
Patient Volume: 13–15 patients per day
Unit Setting: Inpatient, outpatient, and ER

Required Qualifications

Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Indiana
Nuclear Medicine Technologist (2 years of experience)
Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
ARRT (N) or NMTCB
IV starts
PACS proficiency

Experience / Procedure Background

Cardiac
Bone scan
Liver/spleen scan
Lung scan
Thyroid studies
Tumor localization
Myocardial procedures

Preferred Experience

Brain scan
Renal flow
SPECT

Additional Notes

First-time travelers are accepted
