Description
Performs complete diagnostic imaging tests/ultrasound studies inclusive of positioning patient, calibration of equipment, and documentation of findings.
Performs general ultrasound. Assists radiologist with ultrasound procedures. Provides verbal reports to radiologist and other providers. Other duties as assigned.
Graduation from an accredited Ultrasound program or equivalent required.
1 year hospital experience preferred.
Registered ARRT(R) preferred.
Experienced in non-invasive vascular and echocardiography exams preferred. CREDENTIALS Must be ARDMS registered or obtain within one year of hire. Will cross-train in Echo/Stress Echo. Will cross-train in non-invasive vascular exams. Must be BLS certified
