⚡ FAST-TRACK NIGHT-SHIFT ER RN CONTRACT – REGIONAL REFERRAL CENTER

 

First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel contract opening for an experienced Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) in Lawton, Oklahoma. Operating within a 265-bed regional referral medical center and integrated health system, this position offers a structured 3x12 overnight schedule (19:00 PM - 07:00 AM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). 💰 PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE

  • Weekly Gross: $1,945.00
  • Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,225.00
  • Hourly W2 Rate: $20.00/hr (36 regular hours)
  • Overtime Rate: $30.00/hr

📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 3x12-Hours (19:00 PM - 07:00 AM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 regular hours guaranteed weekly.
  • Weekend Requirements: Expectation of 6 weekend night shifts per 6-week schedule block.
  • On-Call Requirements: NO ON-CALL REQUIRED! Enjoy your off-duty time completely free from standby calls.
  • Clinical Scope & Responsibilities: Conducts rapid emergency assessments, prioritizes patient acuity levels, administers critical medications, assists with emergency interventions, and stabilizes high-acuity trauma, cardiac, and general emergency patients.
  • EMR Systems: Currently utilizing Paragon EMR, transitioning to Meditech on October 1st.
  • Orientation Start: Nursing orientation commences on Thursdays.

🚨 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical ER RN experience in an acute care setting is strictly required. Recent travel nursing experience is preferred.
  • Licensure: Active Oklahoma RN License or active Compact/NLC Multistate License required in hand at submittal.
  • Certifications Required:
    • American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
    • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
    • NIHSS Stroke Certification
    • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is preferred.
  • Employment Eligibility Restrictions: Former direct employees of Comanche County Memorial Health (CCMH) must have a minimum 6-month separation period prior to agency placement.
