Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – PACU / Pre-Op
Facility: Medical City Sachse
Location: Sachse, Texas
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (91 Days)
Shift: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM (10-Hour Days)

Unit Information

Unit: PACU (704)
Beds: 8
Patient Ratio: 1:2
Day Shift Staff: 4 RNs
Night Shift Staff: None
EMR: Meditech

Minimum Requirements

Active RN License
Minimum 2 years of Phase I PACU experience
ACLS Certification (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

Pre-Op/PAT experience
Team player with a positive attitude

Patient Population / Procedures

Orthopedic Sports
Joint Replacement
General Surgery
Robotic Surgery

Call Requirement

Required
One Friday/Saturday/Sunday call rotation per month
One additional weekday call each month
