Unit: OR Tech - Labor & Delivery
Minimum Years of Experience required? 1 year
Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes
Required Licensure/Certs: BLS, CST, WA state license (in hand or have proof of application 6+ weeks ago)
Skills required: experience with above case types, assisting after vaginal delivery; will help set up delivery tables for vaginal deliveries/break them down for processing and help stock rooms
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: high and low risk antepartum, intrapartum, C-sections, emergent D&Cs, post-delivery tubal ligations, only unplanned hysterectomies
EMR: Epic
Floating: No
Weekend rotation: Every other weekend
On call? no
Shift times: 1900-0730, 0700-1930

About Facility: 388 total bed level 3 trauma center; 12 L&D beds: 3 ORs, 2 OB ER rooms; see 150 – 175 deliveries/mo
