- Position: LVN/LPN – Long Term Care (LTC)
- Facility: Providence Seward Mountain Haven
- Location: Seward, AK
- Start Date: 09/01/2026
- Duration: 13 or 26 Weeks (Traveler's Choice)
- Shift: Days or Nights (Traveler's Choice)
- 4x12s (07:00 AM – 07:30 PM or 07:00 PM – 07:30 AM)
- 3x12s available based on traveler preference
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Long Term Care (LTC) experience
- Previous travel experience required
- Active Alaska (AK) LPN License – MUST be in hand
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Experience with:
- Medication administration (PO, IM, SQ, G-Tube/NG Tube)
- Foley catheter insertion
- Blood glucose monitoring
- Wound care
- Oxygen administration
- Feeding tube care
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Nursing Home, or LTC settings
