Shift Notes

12 hours shifts, D/E/N able to be scheduled 3 out of 4 weekends

13 weeks * Every weekend (1st choice) * 3 out of 4 weekends (2nd choice) * Every other (3rd choice) Day/Night rotation Start asap Need BLS & ACLS upon hire, 2 years ER/ICU experience. 10 Bed ER – 4 Bed ICU. Acute Stroke Ready Hospital, Level 3 Trauma designated facility. 17,.000 annual patients. “Rural ICU”. A step down from a metro ICU. They do artline cases, CVP interventions, Bi-paps, Vents. Newborn – 101 yr old. We don’t do Cath Lab – they are transferred out.
