Position Highlights

• Primarily caring for Medical-Surgical patients
• Must be comfortable floating to Labor & Delivery/OB as needed
• OB nurses primarily care for Med Surg patients but transition to the OB unit when obstetric patients arrive
• Facility prefers to have two L&D nurses available during deliveries
• Mostly night shifts with some flexibility for days
• Small hospital setting offering a wide variety of patient care experiences
• Very traveler-friendly facility

Preferred Experience

• Labor & Delivery / OB experience required
• Medical-Surgical experience
• Telemetry experience preferred (not required)
• Pediatrics experience preferred

Required Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
