Job Details – Med-Surg RN

Position: RN – Med Surg
Facility: Pagosa Springs Medical Center
Location: Pagosa Springs, Colorado
Shift: Days | 6:15 AM–6:45 PM
Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts/week
Contract: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
EHR: Cerner – Required

Requirements

• 5+ years of Med-Surg or Emergency Room experience – Required
• Previous travel experience – Required
• Cerner EHR/EMR experience – Required
• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Current Colorado RN license or ability to obtain required licensure
• BLS – AHA Required
• ACLS – Required or must complete within 3 months
• PALS – Required or must complete within 3 months
• Basic computer/EHR skills

Additional Responsibilities

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Support continuity of care and prevent readmissions
• Mentor other nursing staff
• Work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Maintain patient confidentiality, rights, dignity, and privacy

• Cerner experience
• RN qualification/license
• AHA BLS
• ACLS and PALS as required by the facility

This is a strong-fit position for an experienced travel RN with 5+ years of Med-Surg/ER experience and Cerner experience.
