Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Weekend/Holiday Callback
Travel Pay: Gross weekly up to $2,800/week

Learn Beyond Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a 13-week travel contract in Tuba City, Arizona. This is a Quick Start opportunity with the possibility of extension. The RN will coordinate inpatient and outpatient case management services, facilitate care transitions, perform utilization review, discharge planning, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care.

Requirements:

Active RN License (Any U.S. State) – Required
Associate's Degree in Nursing – Required
Minimum 1 year of recent Inpatient/Outpatient Case Management experience – Required
Minimum 1 year of Discharge Planning experience – Required
BLS Certification (AHA) – Required
Experience with Case Management, Utilization Review, and Care Coordination – Required
