Job Title: Travel RN – Med Surg

Location: Pagosa Springs, CO
Contract duration: 13 weeks

Schedule:  36 Hours/Week | Day Shift (6:15 AM – 6:45 PM) | 3x12s

Responsibilities: 

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and other treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions, perform reassessments, and communicate changes to providers.
• Complete accurate documentation in Cerner EHR.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge care.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and hospital policies.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years of Med Surg or Emergency Room experience.
• Previous travel nursing experience required.
• Cerner EHR experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• BLS (AHA)
