Description
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse – Night Shift
- Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:30 | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
- Weekend Protocol: Every other weekend required.
- Holiday Protocol: Available for holiday coverage as needed.
- On-Call Protocol: No on-call duties required.
- Assignment Length: 13-Week Contract (Start Date: 08/31/2026)
- RTO Limit & Protocol [STRICT]: Maximum 5 days of Requested Time Off (RTO) allowed. All RTO must be included in the profile at the time of initial upload; requests submitted during or after the interview will be rejected or lead to a rescinded offer.
- Transportation Requirement: Traveler must have their own reliable vehicle for this assignment.
- Facility Location: Marshall, MI.
Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]
- Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of active Emergency Department (ED) RN experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Charge Nurse Competency [HARDSTOP]: Direct hands-on Charge Nurse experience is required.
- EMR Mandate [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical proficiency with Cerner EMR is required.
- Licensure & Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active Michigan State RN License (must be uploaded with profile).
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Active AHA PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
(TNCC certification is preferred).
