- Critical Access Hospital
- 13-week assignment (extension possible)
- Flexible Schedule:
- Week 1: Monday–Thursday (4x10s)
- Week 2: Monday–Friday (4x9s + 1 half day)
- 40 guaranteed hours
- 80% Outpatient | 20% Acute Care & Swing Bed
- Opportunity to supervise a PTA
