🚨 Travel Registered Nurse | Acute Care | 13-Week Contract
Join a patient-focused healthcare team dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care in an acute care setting.
🩺 Specialty: Registered Nurse (Acute Care)
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks (Shift and start date vary by opening)
Requirements:
✅ Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
✅ Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience
✅ BLS, ACLS, PALS & NIHSS certifications required
✅ Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree (ASN)
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
- Administer medications and treatments safely
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Delegate and supervise patient care activities as appropriate
- Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Mentor and collaborate with nursing staff to promote excellent patient care

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
