NBSTSA certification required
Cardiovascular (CV) OR experience required
Pediatric CV experience required
Minimum:
- 2 years of experience with travel, or
- 3 years of experience without travel
Must live 100+ miles from the facility
RTO must be submitted with the application
EPIC experience preferred
