The ideal candidate will have strong hospital pharmacy and oncology experience, with expertise in chemotherapy preparation and hazardous drug compounding. Responsibilities<ul><li>Review and verify oncology medication orders.</li><li>Prepare chemotherapy and hazardous medications.</li><li>Evaluate medication dosing, interactions, and safety.</li><li>Collaborate with oncology providers, nurses, and pharmacy staff.</li><li>Document clinical activities using Epic EMR.</li><li>Support infusion center operations and provide direct clinical pharmacy services.</li></ul>
