💼 Key Responsibilities

 

As a Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor, you will:

  • Provide leadership and oversight to pharmacy staff and daily operations
  • Support medication safety, compliance, and quality initiatives
  • Assist with workflow management and departmental efficiency
  • Serve as a resource for pharmacists and clinical staff
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards
  • Participate in process improvement and operational planning
  • Support pharmacy services that contribute to optimal patient outcomes

✅ Minimum Qualifications

 

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy

Required Credentials

  • Current Illinois Pharmacist License in good standing

Residency

  • PGY1 or PGY2 Residency Required

Experience

  • Minimum three (3) years of recent inpatient hospital or institutional pharmacy experience
  • Minimum one (1) year of supervisory or management experience within the past year
  • Previous outpatient pharmacy supervisory experience required

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of pharmacy resources, references, and clinical best practices
