Long Term Care (LTC) RN - Hot Springs, SD
Contract Duration - 13 weeks

Shift - Varied day and evening shifts

Weekly hours - 40 hrs

Responsibilities:

Assess residents, develop individualized care plans, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy while monitoring for effectiveness and adverse reactions.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to ensure quality resident care.
Promote resident rights, safety, infection prevention, and quality improvement initiatives.
Manage IV therapy, central lines, catheters, and other clinical procedures as needed.

Requirements:

Active South Dakota RN license or compact license.
Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care (LTC) nursing experience.
BLS
Experience with IV therapy, medication administration, and resident assessments.
