🚨 Travel Neuro ICU Registered Nurse | Nights | 13-Week Contract

Join a specialized Neuro ICU team providing advanced critical care to stroke and neurological patients in a high-acuity environment.

📍 Location: Kentucky
🩺 Specialty: Neuro ICU RN
🌙 Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3x12)
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 9 months of travel nursing experience
✅ Active Kentucky or Compact RN License (required at submission)
✅ AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required
✅ CRRT experience highly preferred
✅ Meditech experience preferred (not required)

Preferred Experience:

• Critical care experience in a Certified Stroke Center
• Familiar with current stroke guidelines and performance measures
• IV tPA administration and post-tPA monitoring
• Stroke assessment (BE-FAST)
• Bedside dysphagia screening competency

Unit Details:

• Neuro ICU with opportunity to float to Stepdown
• Stepdown float ratio: 1:4
• Collaborative, high-acuity stroke and neuro critical care environment

Submission Requirements:

• Requested Time Off (RTO) must be submitted with the application
• Active Kentucky or Compact RN license
• AHA certifications only
• Copies of certifications required
• No open or pending background or license issues accepted
• Local candidates within 65 miles are not accepted
